The spacious, bright guest apartment accommodates up to 2 guests (3 on request) and features light-filled rooms, high-quality wooden floors, and parquet. Sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms each with a single bed (2nd floor), plus a pull-out sofa bed in the living room (1st floor). Bathrooms: 1 shared bathroom with toilet, shower, and bathtub (2nd floor), plus a separate guest WC on the ground floor (by the stairs to the apartment). Living & dining area: Open kitchen with gas stove, large dining table, living area with cable TV (connected by sliding door). There is also a retreat room with sofa and desk, ideal for home office. Outdoor area: Two balconies with seating and dining options. Attractions such as the New Town Hall, the Old Town with Leinewelle and Ballhof, Maschsee, Eilenriede, and Herrenhausen Gardens are reachable by public transport in up to 15 minutes or on foot in 15–30 minutes. The exhibition center can be reached by tram in under 30 minutes. From the main station, you can reach the accommodation by bus or tram in 15 minutes.
